Otterspool is a few miles south of Liverpool City Centre on the bank of the River Mersey and is close to Aigburth.

Otterspool Park stretches between the promenade and Aigburth. Much of the land beneath Otterspool was been created from years of Liverpool's solid waste being deposited at the side of the Mersey to reclaim.
